Civil Engineering Building at University of Alberta.
From my visit to Toronto back in November.
So this is a little delayed…but this is the portfolio I used to apply for master of architecture programs.
With the exception of a few projects, most of the work was done this past fall. I was able to learn how to do origami, how to draw, and to use photoshop and indesign over a relatively short period of time. I am quite happy with how it turned out. Hopefully the application committee’s like it too.
This is my #duckface
Finished up a sketch started in Toronto.
Going to use 1”x1” wood tiles and different colored stains to create a pixelated mosaic. This is an option for what I will try to recreate with the tiles.
Necklace organizer made from scrap wood.
First of the wooden tile art series. Still have a bunch of wood tiles left, so bigger and better things are to come.
I had a bunch of woods scraps (hundreds of pieces) left over from the last project, so I thought I might as well cut them up and make a bunch of wood tiles.
The result was thousands of pieces to use for some wood tile art. More to come…
